Deb is the proprietor of the Deb's Antiques store in Metacity.

An aging penguin, Deb operates her store inside Metacity, where she sells antique hardware and other trinkets. To the GovCorp, her store is nothing but a pawn shop of useless junk, but under the surface, she is the main supplier of forbidden goods to the local hacker underworld and to techno-mages, who frequently seek her help with acquiring tools, hardware and weapons. She is also known to be a skilled forger.
